That´s what one of my advisors told me, and she was right.
2 years ago, when I started selling my fundraising programs, I began at €650/person.
Truth, I was not very comfortable with that. I had no clue what would be the response. But I had to start somewhere and test.
With every new client, I decided to increase my price, get out of my comfort zone, and quickly realized that there were clients willing to pay much more for my advice!
A few months later, I was selling my fundraising and scaling programs for €10,000.
Today, the price of our fundraising & scaling programs ranges from €12,500 to €20,000.
We are still very competitive compared to our competitors and given all the value we provide. As a result, our prices are most likely increasing 📈.
This is one way to test the perceived value, the willingness to pay, and find your Ideal Customer Profile → Increase your prices progressively.
